Meis Elektronik offers warranty arrangements for the products of its brands and for the projects it carries out.

Warranty by Brand and Project

Warranty coverage is determined by the product characteristics and intended use of the relevant brand.

• Zeibeck products have a warranty period of 3 years.
• Products of our other brands have a standard warranty period of 2 years.

For projects installed by Meis, additional warranty periods may be agreed according to customer needs. Extensions are assessed for each project. Please contact us for details.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty applies when products are used in accordance with the requirements and standards stated in their user manuals. Improper use, external intervention or unauthorised repairs may invalidate the warranty.

After-Sales Support

Sales and after-sales service processes are structured according to each product’s technical characteristics, application and project scope. Warranty conditions may therefore differ between brands.
